Non-profit volunteer-based groups residing in the Library’s funding municipalities and/or within the School District of Random Lake’s enrollment area may request public service announcements be placed on the electronic sign by submitting the required information. Announcements are limited within space available.
Requests will be placed on the sign one week prior to the event date if the Library is given two weeks notification of the event. The Library has the sole discretion to accept or reject the organization making the request and/or the content of the message, as well as the ability to alter the text accordingly to fit the sign design. In the event there are several requests for any given time period, the requests will be posted on a first come, first serve basis.
In the event of an emergency, the Library has the right to suspend all messages and use the sign solely for emergency purposes.
No personal requests will be posted on the electronic signs (birthdays, engagements, weddings, et cetera).
