Join us tonight for a free session with Vinyasa yoga. From our super duper instructor, Jessica Kohn: This evening we will explore an invigorating vinyasa practice. Vinyasa yoga builds strength in both body and mind as you flow through a series of standing poses and connect with your breath. Participants are required to bring a yoga mat for this evenings practice.
