Summer Reading Program
We had the best time ever with the amazing Mary Macaroni! What a hoot! We can’t wait to have her back. 😋
Happy Thursday! We have two programs going on today. At 5:30, find us in Adell painting and decorating the new Little Free Library outside the fire department/village hall. Come join us! Also at 5:30, the Alzheimer's Association will be at the Library talking about healthy living for your brain and body. Hope to see you at one of these great programs!
The Community Service class is working hard volunteering two class periods at Lakeview Community Library! We’ve made posters, bookmarks, sorted Legos, organized shelves, and shelved DVDs! #RLAdvantage
We were so lucky to have a group of kiddos from school come over and help us with volunteering activities this summer. Here is what they had to say after coming and helping us for two whole weeks!
We are looking for someone who would be willing to teach a class on cooking authentic Chinese food in September or October. Please reach out on here or call Jackie at (920) 994-4825 if you are interested.
What a treat it is to be able to offer so many fun arts and crafts programs to the children of our many communities! Here are some photos of button moon making! We think their creations are cute as a button.
We had a totally fun time at galaxy canvas art for tweens and teens! Look at all this creativity, plus we had JOLLY GOOD so we definitely can’t complain!
Librarians...we don’t just take care of books! Jackie got to help this turtle friend go back into the shade closer to the lake today. There are always safe ways to help wildlife. Check out this great information about how you can help out turtles in Wisconsin and what to do when you spot one! http://wiatri.net/inventory/witurtles/ PS: We named him Franklin!
